We are happy to announce that our office is now fully operational and is safer today than it has ever been before, as we exercise an abundance of caution in our care for you and your loved ones. Of course, we continue to operate in accordance with the latest guidance provided by the State of Massachusetts during the phased reopening period (see this link for MA COVID-19 Safety Information). Further, we continue to closely monitor the latest developments related to COVID-19 including our commitment to meet and exceed - at all times - the latest guidance and recommendations put forth by the CDC and other similar agencies to ensure the continued safety of our clients and team members.
Being fully operational, we are happy to see you and your families for all routine, urgent and emergent care, including all preventive hygiene care for both children and adults.
Due to the reduced access to care earlier this spring and summer as well as the fall and winter being a seasonally very busy time for our office, we are doing everything we can to accommodate each of our existing patients while working hard to accept new patients as well. That said, many of our appointments are booking up well into the fall and early winter. Please call us at your earliest convenience if you would like to schedule an appointment and we will work with you to provide you and your loved ones with an appointment that fits into your busy schedule.
While we have always taken pride in maintaining maximum scheduling flexibility for you and your families, you may notice certain measures in place to maintain compliance with new safety measures we have implemented in the office. This may result in slightly reduced scheduling flexibility for new appointments. We hope to be able to relax these measures in the coming weeks and months. but we very much appreciate your understanding during this time.
Please visit this link for a comprehensive and up-to-date collection of all of our COVID-19 related announcements.
It continues to be the case that if you are coming to us for any care, please call the office in advance if you meet any of the following criteria:
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are under investigation for Coronavirus COVID-19
- You have been in close contact with another person who has been diagnosed with or are under investigation for Coronavirus COVID-19
- You have a cough, fever or shortness of breath
Thank you for your cooperation as we work to ensure the utmost safety and care for you and your family!
